When completing a transaction with us via Paypal we collect the following personal data – email address, name, telephone number, billing & shipping addresses. Credit or Debit card data is not seen or stored by Shika Arcades Ltd., only Paypal.
Your address will be used to send you the purchased items. There will be no junk mail sent by us ever. Your address will not be shared with 3rd parties.
The email address will be used to send order confirmations and subsequent emails in relation to your order. If we have to ask you a question or have an issue with your order we will use this to contact you. We will not send you spam. If you would like to receive marketing information from us please subscribe to our mailing list that can be found on the homepage.
Your phone number is not passed on to 3rd parties (only the designated courier). We may use it to contact you in the unlikely event of a problem with your order. We also use it for delivery purposes, trusted couriers insist on a contact number for high value and international shipments. You may receive a text message from the courier with details about your shipment.
